PROCESS

FIRST STEPS AFTER SIGNING UP

After you’ve read this page, you can take the following steps:

  • Schedule your first session (see the “Office Hours” section, above, for the link)
  • complete any “homework” before your session

COACHING CALLS

  • Show up to your scheduled Zoom call on time and prepared to answer the questions as honestly as you can (the link for the call will have been emailed to you after you booked your time via my calendar — if you didn’t receive this, please email me in advance of your scheduled call).
  • Have any concerns or questions prepared to ask of Jenn

EXPECTATIONS

These are your responsibilities, and what you can expect from me, in return:


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be on time for your coaching calls
  • Complete all of that module’s exercises before your next session
  • Answer all of the questions honestly (this benefits you!)
  • Record or write down all of your answers for further reflection
  • Speak up if, at any point, you are uncomfortable!
  • Keep all communication respectful
  • Optional: Provide feedback at the end about what you liked/disliked about this program.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM JENN

  • I will listen to all of your questions & concerns
  • I will ask you questions to pull out any related information
  • I will assist you in connecting the dots between who you are & how you might be designed to serve
  • I promise complete confidentiality (see Standard Client Agreement, under ‘Policies’ tab)
  • I will show up for our scheduled coaching calls on time & ready to be of assistance
  • I will be respectful in all communication
  • I will make myself available to you (within reason, & within office hours) to answer your questions

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE & WHEN WILL MY COACHING SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?

All client coaching sessions take place via Zoom (video conferencing app), online. You will be emailed a link once you’ve booked a time on my calendar.

The dates for your coaching calls are dependent on what we’ve discussed. For example, the DYNS: Expedition program includes 3 coaching calls … those will usually, then, be one per week after your start date. If you need a different schedule, we can discuss that in the introductory call.

For Business Development Mentoring, there will be a longer set-up (3 months, or more, depending on which you chose), and we’ll make a plan, together, for how often those calls will take place.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR (OR BRING TO) MY COACHING SESSIONS?

For the DYNS: Expedition program, you will need to have completed that week’s “homework” (the exercises for the module you’re on) before your coaching session takes place, as we will be discussing the results you had.

For all other coaching, please bring something with which to take notes, as you’ll want to be able to refer back to things. This is NOT mandatory — simply recommended.
